Draft status
This is a working draft. It is not a final agreement. It will be replaced by a counsel-reviewed launch version before public availability.
Accounts
You may create an account with an email address and password, or by signing in with Google, or by using an email magic link. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
What EpisodeBrief does
EpisodeBrief will process podcast media into show notes, transcripts, chapter timestamps, SEO titles, and platform-ready copy once paid activation ships. Nothing is guaranteed to be available in pre-launch.
YouTube source
A paid, verified owner may submit a public YouTube watch or youtu.be URL after confirming a versioned processing-rights attestation. EpisodeBrief reads only bounded public metadata and the transcript (native captions first; a provider-generated ASR transcript is used only when the provider positively reports native captions are unavailable). YouTube audio and video are never downloaded, separated, or stored. Attribution to the original YouTube URL is mandatory on owner views, provenance-bearing exports, and any published episode. Availability, accuracy, speaker identity, word-level timing, and legal permission are not guaranteed, and processing rights are the submitter's responsibility.
